Olympia had it's Annual Toy Run.
Chuck, neighbor Paul and his neice all bundled up and hopped on their bikes to join the fun.
  
The parade lasted for 40 minutes......thousands of riders and bikes of all shapes & sizes.

We took another drive out to our Ocean Shores property. In the Spring of 2007 we'll build a spec house there.
It's a great location right on the Grand Canal and across the street from the golf course.


Looks like we disturbed the ducks living in the brush along the shore!

Mid-month,  Dan & I drove our Jeep to Coeur d'Alene to visit the Fowler's for 2 days.
Dan suggested we build an igloo and everyone bundled up piled outside.

Look at all these deer tracks on the pond behind their house.

Everybody helps make blocks. What fun to play in the snow for a day or two!
    

 Halfway through, Riley went inside to make a beautiful tray of delicious snacks.
    
   
The work continued until finally Riley collapsed and said: "I'm done!"

Time to leave Olympia & head to San Diego!
Unfortunately, Leanne got sick with cold/flu and Dan hurt his back packing things up.
What a mess we were when we arrived at Laurel & Devons for Christmas Eve!
But, it was wonderful to see Baby Olivia again....even if NaNa couldn't get close or hold her.
     
     
We had a delicious Lamb dinner and enjoyed watching Olivia playing with all the wrapping paper.
Dan loved his new walkie talkies!
