The Nomadic Neuman's
November 2006

I just didn't take too many pictures this month.
A few days before Thanksgiving, I flew from Seattle to Oakland, Laurel & Olivia flew from San Diego
so we could enjoy the holiday with Tara, Marc, Julia. Dan's neice Megan and her husband JD joined us also. JD is stationed at the Coast Guard Base in the bay area. He was our turkey carver!

Julia loved playing with Megan! They chatted on the phones while the Dad's played a computer racing game.

Olivia's just started eating food other than "mother's milk". Below, you can see her very first reaction to a cup of water!

Julia was such a big girl next to tiny Olivia!

In the mornings, Julia coiuldn't wait to jump into NaNa's bed for a story.
Then it was off to go potty and Julia has the routine down.....grab the magazine and sit!

The day after Thanksgiving, we met some of Marc's family at Little Farm.
As you can see below, the 2 children, Alex & Julia,
captured everyone's attention.
(Little did I know that day, that Marc's sister Lori was with child!)
Jan & Steve Runyan  Alex & Julia    Marc's Grandmother, Pat
It was fun to walk around the little farm. Tara even got licked by the calf she was petting.

Sat. Nov. 25, 2006
Off to Oakland Farmer's Market

Tara purchased a treat......fresh Dungeness Crab!
Mmmmmmm what a wonderful meal w/ fresh bread & salad.

The girls ditch the wagon and decide to walk! Olivia naps comfortably in Mom's arms.
Then we make a stop at the park which is on the way back home. Julia shares her snack w/ Amelia.

Dad enjoys his reading time with Julia. Then.......she collapses in her easy chair!
Life is exhausting for a 21 month little girl.

Soon, they are relocating to Hawaii!

Thank you Tara, Marc & Julia for a wonderful Thanksgiving
and Roger & Ric for a nice visit!

More adventures ahead!
